I thought I might list down a lot of the cool gadgets the house will have for clients to look at. I will list a few here:
Powerpoints - Sockitz - USB Charger built in
These have 5v USB chargers built in, so great around bedrooms, kitchens etc for iPads, iPhones and almost any other small devicehttp://sockitz.com.au/home-products/classic-sockitz-white.html
Multiroom Audio - Sonos
We will use a combination of Play3 and Amps around the house so that music or any other audio source (radio, TV, movies etc) can be sent to any room or all rooms as needed. We will also have the Playbars in different rooms.http://www.sonos.com.au
Projector Screen - LP Morgan Hideaway
We are hiding all home theatre objects in the living room in the roof so it feels like a living room, and not a theatre. We are using a 110" Rondo screen with LP Morgan HideAway In-Ceiling screen.http://www.lpmorgan.com.au/rondo_product.html
Projector Lift - Ultra Lift
We will also be hiding the projector away using the 28-2 lift from Ultralift.http://www.ultraliftaustralia.com.au/products/prolift-minilift-and-maxilift-series
Speakers - Krix Concealed Speakers
We will be using the Ecliptix speakers in the living room walls and ceiling and the Holographix for other areas as they are quite small. They are some of the best, Australian speakers around. We will also use a Krix Subwoofer for the main living room.http://www.krix.com.au/ecliptix.html
Amplifier - Denon AVR 3313
Running the speakers in the main living area will be the Denon AVR-3313 amplifier, and it will also split the HDMI for the plasma and projector that comes from the matrix.
Remote Control System - RTI
We will be using the RTI remote control system and iPads around the house to control the lights, all TV's, Foxtel, Apple TV, Bluray players etc. It works on remotes, iPhones, iPads etc.http://www.rticorp.com/
Video Distribution - Zigen HDMI Matrix
We have a Zigen HX44 4x4 HDMI Matrix that allows any HDMI input (Foxtel, Foxtel, Bluray, Apple TV) to be pushed to any TV zone such as the master bedroom, living room (Plasma & projector), TV Room and Office. The long HDMI cable runs are done using the ZIG-HVX-70 HDBaseT over Cat 6 cables

Airconditioner - Livezi
This air-con system allows control via an iPad to help simplify the control of the whole house. It is a great air conditioning system in its own right, but the electronic control from inside or out of the house is exceptional.http://www.livezi.com.au
Kitchen Hardware - Blum
The kitchen will have all Blum drawers and soft-close cupboards. We also used the completely motorised and electric Aventos electric lift cupboards due to our high ceilings.http://www.blum.com/au/en/01/60/20/10/
Stove - Electrolux Gas
We like this model because it has good spacing between the large burners, which we find we use all the time. It is the new 2014 model.http://www.electrolux.com.au/Products/Cooking/Cooktops/Gas/EHG955SA
Oven - Electrolux Dual
This oven has the easiest control system called IOI and it literally just asks you 3 questions, and cooking happens. Brilliant system. Cant speak highly enough of this. We have then matched this with a matching gas cooktop and microwave. It is the new 2014 model.http://www.electrolux.com.au/Products/Cooking/Ovens/EVE623SA
Rangehood - Schweigen UM1170-9S
This is said to be the QUIETEST rangehood available, with the fan housed on your roof, so hardly a sound in the kitchen. Moves more air than almost any other rangehood as well, making it safer for cooking.http://www.schweigen.com.au/undermount-rangehood-90cm-silent-um1170-9s.html
Dishwasher - Fisher Paykel Tall DishDrawer
This is a newer model of their dishdraw, which means no bending down to pack dishes, less water used to load etc. It will be integrated into our cabinetry for a seamless look.http://www.fisherpaykel.com/au/kitchen/dishwashing/dishdrawer/DD60STI7/
Door Intercom - Mobotix Video 2014
Door Intercom - Ring Pro
This allows us to have the doorbell ring our phones even when we are out of the house, and see/talk to the person at the front door.It will also ring the iPads around the house where we can then see the person, talk to them and then open the door remotely. We also have the doorbell chimes around the house.
