We had desposits on a few blocks there, but things kept coming up, like finding out the future display village would be beside one of them, or that some new townhouses were going to beside another, or that another block couldnt now be registered for a year.
Anyway, we like the location, its 5 minutes from our current house and my wife loves the idea of the swimming pool there.
It is a $35 per week body corporate, and for that you get the gym, swimming pool, 24h security, upkeep of parks and gardens etc.
