Met with Anthony Rigg from http://www.bleuscape.com.au last night with Em, and we were pleasantly surprised as to how great the ideas were.  Whether or not it will practically work and if we can do it cheap enough, we love the concepts.  Brilliant designs!!

I wont post plans or anything in respect to Anthony and his hard work so far, but here is a front design...

Here are some updated plans.  We have now met with McCarthy Homes, Nuvo, BMW, Heisig, Plantation and some independent builders.

In a nut shell, BMW and Heisig were priced a lot more than anyone else.  Plantation just dont feel as good with yet as Nuvo and McCarthy.

We are meeting with Anthony Rigg tomorrow night from http://www.bleuscape.com.au/ which we are excited about to see what thoughts he has on it all.

House Design Ideas

Here is the design we are currently looking at.

Ticks all out boxes so far, and see no flaws in it.  We even have a laundry chute!

Got Land... Need Builder!

Well, this week we decided on a block of land at Rochedale Estates.

We had desposits on a few blocks there, but things kept coming up, like finding out the future display village would be beside one of them, or that some new townhouses were going to beside another, or that another block couldnt now be registered for a year.

Anyway, we like the location, its 5 minutes from our current house and my wife loves the idea of the swimming pool there.

It is a $35 per week body corporate, and for that you get the gym, swimming pool, 24h security, upkeep of parks and gardens etc.

We are currently looking at BMW, Nuvo, McCarthy and Plantation Homes.  We like the Plantation Sahara, as it was almost exactly we had designed ourselves.
