Day 171 - 23/4/14

A lot has happened since the last post.

The rendering has been done outside, the scaff is down as the painting upstairs externally is all completed now as well.

We have had the Schweigen external fan for the rangehood installed, large glass sliding doors installed, all plaster inside finished, and all sanding done ready for painting.

Still have a wad of cables in the server room!  haha

Day 158 - 10/4/14

Back from the USA. and things are looking pretty good!

Insulation done, and most of the internal plastering has been done.

Outside, bricks are almost all done, cladding all done and painting happening while the scaff is still up.

Day 151 - 3/4/14

We had most of the insulation put in over the last week.  We had the bulkhead around the kitchen built after much 'discussion' over whether our cabinet maker was doing it, or the builder was.  It seems it was in the second last contract, and was not in the last contract and I didnt pick it up, and they didnt price it in the final, so thats another variation.   *Grin*

We also had an electrician drill through the gas pipe.  Oops.

I am off to the USA for a couple of weeks, so slow updates for a while!
