We have all 25 pages of working drawings that we are going through now to pick up any issues.

Things like benches saying 40mm when we have 20mm benches, and other things like that.  Its a huge task.

We still haven't decided on colours, and thought we had it at the white/grey colours, but we are now leaning towards browns again to fit in with all our new neighbours and not stand out too much.

I wont say I will never build again, but my word, what a journey of stress...

This week we have been informed that we now need a water tank even though its not required by law anymore, the Rochedale Estates require you to have one... there is another $5000 down the drain!
